Multipark plans are built for car-park operators, not end-users. Each tier — Free, Professional, Enterprise, Partner — pairs a different set of backoffice features with park / agent limits and a network-visibility level. The subscription is monthly and can be upgraded or downgraded at any time, no rigid contracts.
Payments run through a secure gateway (Stripe or SIBS, depending on the route) with credit/debit card, MBWay or Multibanco reference. The invoice is issued at the start of each billing cycle and emailed to you; it's also available in the agent dashboard. For the Partner plan, whose structure includes dedicated implementation and a revenue percentage, the invoice is bespoke and tracks the underlying commercial agreement.
Cancellations can take effect immediately or at the end of the billing period. For questions about payment methods, refunds, plan changes or corporate billing, contact our support.
