From search to confirmed booking, in under a minute

When you book, you receive the exact address of the car park, access instructions and your booking number. Some car parks use automatic licence-plate recognition (ANPR) — you just drive in and the barrier opens. At others, you show the booking number or the email confirmation to the on-site team at entry.

Once parked, you keep the keys with you. The car park is under continuous CCTV with full perimeter fencing. To pick up, you arrive at the scheduled time, show your confirmation (or the system recognises the plate) and drive out. Nothing to hand back, no queues, no detours — it's the simplest operating model.

Important: self-parking assumes the vehicle is roadworthy (valid inspection, current insurance) and that the user respects on-site rules (speed limits, signs). Multipark and the car-park operator are not liable for items left inside the vehicle — we always recommend removing valuables.

Before handover we run a visual inspection of the vehicle (bodywork condition, mileage, fuel level). Everything is documented with photographs and a digital signature. You receive a copy by email — that's your transparency guarantee. Keys stay with us in a secured box with access control.

For pickup, let us know via the app or a call when you're on your way back. Typically 15-20 minutes before arrival is enough. The car is ready at the agreed time, at the same point, with a fresh outgoing inspection that confirms the state we're handing it back in. You can request a wash, EV charging or other services during the stay — done while you're away, at no time cost to you.

Valet is the most convenient option for trips with luggage, late-night flights, family travel or when getting to a self-park lot would be too long. At every partner car park, valet includes the airport-terminal shuttle in both directions, and the team is on call 24/7.

As a general rule, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start time are eligible for a full refund, save for any non-refundable processing fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start, or no-shows, may result in partial or total loss of the amount paid — always check the specific conditions shown at booking time.

Promotional or special-rate (non-refundable) bookings may have stricter policies and may not allow any refund regardless of how early you cancel. These conditions are always shown explicitly before payment is confirmed — there are no hidden terms.

To cancel, go to 'My Bookings' in your Multipark account and follow the instructions, or contact customer support. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. In exceptional circumstances (force majeure, documented medical emergency, extreme weather), we may authorise cancellations outside the standard rules. Refund claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the booking date.
