At each car park you can choose valet parking — hand the car over at the terminal and the team parks it for you — or self-park, where you drive straight to your reserved spot. The Flex tolerance policy lets you adjust arrival and departure without penalties within a window defined by the operator, which makes the experience more flexible for delayed flights or early returns.
During your stay you can add extra services: full interior and exterior car wash, fuel refilling, electric-vehicle charging, tyre change, basic mechanical inspection and more. It is the right moment to take care of the car while you are away — when you come back, you find it ready for the next trip.
Every booking is available in your customer account, where you can edit dates, add extra services, download the SAF-T invoice or cancel within the policy window. Payment is online by card, MB WAY or Multibanco, with instant email confirmation including the access code. Booking ahead locks in your space, fixes the daily price and in many cases is up to 70% cheaper than paying at the gate on arrival.
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before arrival at most car parks. Within the 24-hour window the policy depends on the operator — the detail is always visible on the park card before payment and in the confirmation email. When applicable, the refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
Provide your estimated arrival time at the terminal and the car-park team meets you at the check-in entrance to collect the car. When you return, you call the number provided in the confirmation and the car is brought back to the terminal. The Flex tolerance covers small schedule shifts; significantly delayed flights are accommodated at no extra cost as long as the operator is notified.

Yes. The price shown on each card is the final price per day, VAT included and with no hidden fees. Optional add-ons (wash, fuel, EV charging, etc.) are shown separately at checkout, always with the final amount visible before you confirm.
Yes, subject to park availability. Extensions can be done from the customer account or by contacting the operator directly using the number in the confirmation. The extension price follows the standing daily rate and is charged on exit or to the original payment method, depending on the park's policy.
The SAF-T invoice is issued automatically after payment and is available in the customer account, under the booking. It can be downloaded as a PDF at any time. For company invoices, the VAT number and address are filled in at checkout and saved for future bookings.
Every park on the marketplace goes through a verification process covering site audits, insurance compliance and staff training. Most airport car parks have 24-hour CCTV, full perimeter fencing and access control. The security detail for each operator is shown on the park's listing.
